Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ahi Tuna Steaks
  • 8 Small Flour or Corn Tortillas
  • 1 Cup Shredded Red Cabbage
  • 1 Avocado, Sliced
  • 1 Mango, Diced
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Jalapeno, Sliced
  • 2 Limes, Juiced
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Sriracha
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Sriracha Mayo for Drizzling Optional

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the Tuna: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and sriracha. Add the Ahi tuna steaks, ensuring they are well-coated. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  • Prepare the Slaw: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded red cabbage, cilantro, red onion, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.
  • Cook the Tuna: Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Sear the Ahi tuna steaks for about 2 minutes on each side, ensuring the center remains pink. Remove from heat and slice thinly.
  • Assemble the Tacos: Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave. Layer each tortilla with cabbage slaw, sliced Ahi tuna, avocado, mango, and jalapeno slices.
  • Finish and Serve: Drizzle with sriracha mayo if desired and serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
