Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly oil the baking dish.
  • Place chicken breasts evenly in dish.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, mix ricotta and egg.
  • Add Parmesan, garlic, oregano, onion powder.
  • Stir until fully combined and smooth.
  • Spread ricotta mix over each chicken breast.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Cover dish with foil, bake 25 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes.
  • Broil for 2 minutes until cheese browns.
  • Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh basil leaves.
