  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Whisk balsamic vinegar, honey, and olive oil together.
  • Add garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Place chicken in a baking dish.
  • Pour the balsamic mixture over the chicken.
  • Turn chicken to coat evenly.
  • Cover dish with foil.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes.
  • Brush with remaining glaze halfway through.
  • Check internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley.
