  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix mayonnaise, chili sauce, and sriracha.
  • Heat oil in wok over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and cook briefly.
  • Stir in vegetables until slightly tender.
  • Push vegetables aside.
  • Add eggs and scramble gently.
