  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cucumber sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat skillet over medium heat.
  • Add olive oil and ground turkey.
  • Break meat using wooden spoon.
  • Cook until turkey is browned.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • In bowl, mix mayo, chili, sriracha, soy, vinegar.
  • Whisk until sauce is creamy.
  • Add half sauce to cooked turkey.
  • Stir well to coat meat evenly.
  • Prepare rice in saucepan until fluffy.
  • Divide rice among serving bowls.
  • Top rice with saucy ground turkey.
  • Add cucumbers, carrots, and green onions.
