- 4 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to a 12-inch circle and carefully transfer it to the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet.
Bake the crust for about 8-10 minutes until it's lightly golden and set aside to cool slightly.
