- 4 large bell peppers
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice peppers in half and remove seeds.
Place pepper halves in a greased baking dish.
In a bowl, mix chicken, buffalo sauce, and cream cheese.
Add cheddar, ranch, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper.
