Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar packed
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ cups Cadbury Mini Eggs chopped
  • ½ cup chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet.
  • Beat butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy.
  • Add eggs and vanilla. Mix until combined well.
  • In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Slowly add dry mix to wet. Mix until just combined.
  • Fold in chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs and chocolate chips.
  • Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, spacing evenly apart.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden at edges.
  • Cool on pan 5 minutes. Transfer to wire rack.
  • Serve warm or store in airtight container.

  2. Chill dough 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
