Place eggs in a pot. Cover with cold water.
Bring water to boil over medium heat.
Once boiling, cover and remove from heat.
Let sit for 10-12 minutes.
Drain and place eggs in cold water.
Peel eggs gently once cooled.
Slice eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
Place yolks in a mixing bowl.
Add mayo, mustard, and Cajun seasoning.
Mix until smooth and creamy.
Add hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
Spoon or pipe filling into egg whites.
Sprinkle paprika and parsley on top.
Chill in fridge before serving.
