Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish
  • Optional: sliced jalapeños for topping

Instructions
 

  • Place eggs in a pot. Cover with cold water.
  • Bring water to boil over medium heat.
  • Once boiling, cover and remove from heat.
  • Let sit for 10-12 minutes.
  • Drain and place eggs in cold water.
  • Peel eggs gently once cooled.
  • Slice eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
  • Place yolks in a mixing bowl.
  • Add mayo, mustard, and Cajun seasoning.
  • Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Add hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Spoon or pipe filling into egg whites.
  • Sprinkle paprika and parsley on top.
  • Chill in fridge before serving.

Notes

  1. Use older eggs—they peel more easily.
  2. Let eggs cool fully for clean peeling.
  3. Adjust Cajun spice based on heat preference.
  4. Use a piping bag for neat presentation.
  5. Add a pinch of garlic powder for depth.
  6. For extra heat, add cayenne or jalapeños.
  7. Chill eggs for at least 30 minutes.
