Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crushed buttery crackers
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Steam the broccoli for 3–4 minutes.
  • Drain and set the broccoli aside.
  • In a bowl, mix soup and mayonnaise.
  • Add the beaten egg and whisk well.
  • Stir in garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix in shredded cheese.
  • Fold in the steamed broccoli gently.
  • Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, mix crackers and butter.
  • Sprinkle cracker mix evenly on top.
  • Bake uncovered for 35 minutes.
  • Top should be golden and bubbly.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
