Ingredients
  

For the Meatballs:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ lb ground pork
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

For the Cranberry Sauce:

  • 1 cup cranberry sauce whole berry
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine beef, pork, egg, and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
  • Add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Mix gently until just combined.
  • Form small, even meatballs by hand.
  • Place meatballs on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  • In a saucepan, add cranberry sauce and ketchup.
  • Stir in brown sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce.
  • Cook over medium heat until slightly thickened.
  • Add baked meatballs to the sauce.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes, coating each meatball well.
  • Serve warm with extra sauce on top.
