Ingredients
  

  • 1 large round muffuletta bread loaf
  • 1 cup green olives chopped
  • 1 cup black olives chopped
  • 1/2 cup pickled giardiniera chopped
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 lb Genoa salami sliced
  • 1/2 lb mortadella sliced
  • 1/2 lb ham sliced
  • 1/2 lb provolone cheese sliced
  • 1/2 lb mozzarella cheese sliced

Instructions
 

  • Slice bread horizontally into two equal halves.
  • Mix olives, giardiniera, peppers, oil, and vinegar.
  • Add oregano and stir to combine well.
  • Spread half olive mix on bottom bread.
  • Layer salami slices over olive mixture.
  • Add mortadella slices in even layer.
  • Place ham slices neatly over mortadella.
  • Add provolone slices to cover meat.
  • Place mozzarella slices over provolone.
  • Spread remaining olive mix on top bread.
  • Close sandwich and press firmly.
  • Wrap tightly with cling wrap.
  • Refrigerate sandwich for one hour.
  • Slice into wedges and serve cold.
