Preheat oven to 375°F.
Heat butter and oil in skillet.
Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
Add carrots, celery, and potatoes. Stir gently.
Add seafood mix and seasonings. Stir until coated.
Sprinkle flour, stir until vegetables are coated.
Slowly pour broth, stir until thickened.
Add cream and peas, stir well.
Transfer filling to baking dish.
Roll crust over top, trim edges neatly.
Brush with egg wash.
Bake 35 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from oven and cool slightly.
