  • ¼ cup green onions chopped
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper diced
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 egg beaten (for sealing)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Add crab meat, cream cheese, and mayo to a bowl.
  • Mix until creamy and well combined.
  • Stir in mustard, seasoning, and garlic.
  • Add onions, bell pepper, and cheese.
  • Place a wrapper on a flat surface.
  • Spoon 2 tbsp filling onto the center.
  • Fold sides, roll tightly, and seal edges with egg.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Fry rolls until golden brown, turning occasionally.
  • Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
