Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, and ranch mix.
Stir in cheddar cheese until smooth and creamy.
In another bowl, whisk eggs lightly.
Crush crackers and mix with spices in a bowl.
Dip chicken tenders in egg mixture first.
Coat each tender with the cheese mixture.
Roll tenders in crushed crackers until coated.
Place on prepared baking sheet evenly spaced.
Spray tenders lightly with cooking spray.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
Check internal temp (165°F) for safety.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
