- 1 pound potato gnocchi
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
