  • 1 medium butternut squash peeled and cubed

  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan optional
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch for extra crispiness

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Peel and cube the butternut squash evenly.
  • In a bowl, mix squash with olive oil.
  • Add salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Sprinkle cornstarch over and mix gently.
  • Spread cubes on the baking sheet.
