Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic.
Place flour, eggs, and panko in separate bowls.
Dip chicken in flour, then eggs, then panko.
Press feta into the panko to stick.
Heat oil in pan over medium-high heat.
Fry chicken 4–5 minutes per side.
Place on rack to drain excess oil.
Warm hot honey in microwave (10 seconds).
Drizzle hot honey over crispy chicken.
Garnish with lemon zest and parsley.
Serve immediately while hot and crunchy
