Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs beef sirloin steak cubed
  • 4 large russet potatoes diced
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon bits
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream for serving
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Grease the crockpot with butter.
  • Add cubed steak to the crockpot.
  • Layer diced potatoes over the steak.
  • Add onion slices on top.
  • Sprinkle garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper evenly.
  • Pour beef broth into the crockpot.
  • Cover with a lid and cook on low for 7 hours.
  • In the last hour, sprinkle shredded cheese over the mix.
  • Top with bacon bits before serving.
  • Garnish with parsley and a dollop of sour cream.
