Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cut top of bread rolls carefully.
Scoop inside gently to form bowls.
Mix butter, garlic, and seasoning.
Brush mixture inside bread bowls.
Bake bowls 10 minutes until crisp.
Warm oil in skillet on medium.
Add cooked spaghetti to skillet.
Pour marinara sauce over pasta.
Stir and coat spaghetti evenly.
Add salt and chili flakes.
Fill bread bowls with spaghetti.
Top with shredded mozzarella generously.
Bake bowls until cheese melts.
Remove and garnish with parsley.
