Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • Lemon slices optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
  • Place salmon fillets skin-down on the baking dish.
  • In bowl, mix butter, garlic, lemon juice, zest.
  • Add parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  • Spoon or brush garlic butter over each fillet.
  • Add lemon slices on top, if using.
  • Bake uncovered for 12–15 minutes until flaky.
  • Broil last 2 minutes for crispy, golden top.
  • Remove, rest for 2 minutes, serve warm.

Notes

  1. Use fresh salmon for best flavor and texture.
  2. Don’t overbake or salmon will dry out quickly.
  3. Add red pepper flakes for a little heat.
  4. Use foil for easy cleanup and moist salmon.
  5. Finish with fresh herbs for brighter flavor.
