Boil lasagna sheets until al dente. Drain well.
Melt butter and olive oil in a skillet.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Stir in shrimp and cook until pink.
Remove shrimp and set aside.
Add cream to skillet and whisk gently.
Stir in Parmesan, lemon juice, and seasoning.
Simmer sauce until slightly thick.
Layer baking dish with sauce and lasagna sheets.
Add ricotta, mozzarella, and shrimp over layers.
Repeat layers until ingredients are used.
Top with cheese and cover with foil.
Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 10 minutes more.
Garnish with parsley before serving hot.
