- 1½ lbs sirloin or ribeye steak cubed
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 5 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or dried
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley for garnish
Pat steak cubes dry using paper towels.
Season steak with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in skillet over high heat.
Sear steak cubes in batches for even cooking.
Remove steak once browned on all sides.
Lower heat and melt butter in same skillet.
