Ingredients
  

  • lbs sirloin or ribeye steak cubed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or dried
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pat steak cubes dry using paper towels.
  • Season steak with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Heat olive oil in skillet over high heat.
  • Sear steak cubes in batches for even cooking.
  • Remove steak once browned on all sides.
  • Lower heat and melt butter in same skillet.
  • Add minced garlic and thyme. Stir for 1 minute.
  • Return steak to skillet and toss in butter.
  • Cook for 1–2 minutes, stirring to coat well.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot immediately.

Notes

  • Cut steak into equal pieces for even cooking.
  • Don’t overcrowd pan or steak won’t sear well.
  • Use fresh garlic for best flavor depth.
  • Butter burns fast—lower heat before adding it.
  • Let steak rest 5 minutes before serving.
