- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish
