- 3 tbsp grated Parmesan
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp smoked paprika

- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
Mix olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice.
Add Parmesan, oregano, and paprika.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
