Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
  • Mix olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice.
  • Add Parmesan, oregano, and paprika.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Coat chicken in the marinade.
  • Let sit for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Oil the grill grates lightly.
  • Place chicken on the grill.
  • Grill each side for 6 minutes.
  • Check internal temp (165°F needed).
  • Remove and rest for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving.
