Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin cubed
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Pat pork cubes dry with paper towels.
  • Season pork with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add pork cubes in a single layer.

  • Remove pork and set aside on plate.
