Ingredients
  

  • 8 chicken thighs skin-on, bone-in
  • 3 tbsp gochujang paste
  • 2 tbsp white miso paste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Line tray with foil or parchment.
  • Mix gochujang, miso, soy sauce, vinegar.
  • Add sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger.
  • Whisk until marinade becomes smooth.
  • Pat chicken thighs dry.
  • Coat thighs with marinade evenly.
  • Place thighs on lined tray.
  • Bake for 35 minutes until cooked.
