Pat dry steaks with paper towels.
Rub steaks with olive oil evenly.
Mix garlic, onion, paprika, salt, pepper, thyme.
Coat both steaks with the seasoning mix.
Preheat grill pan to medium-high heat.
Place steaks on hot grill pan.
Cook 4 minutes on one side.
Flip and cook another 3 minutes.
Add butter and Worcestershire sauce.
Baste steaks with melted butter mixture.
Use thermometer to check doneness.
Remove steaks when medium-rare or desired.
Rest steaks under foil for 5 minutes.
Slice and serve hot immediately.
