Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats gluten-free
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries no sugar added

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix oats, nuts, seeds, and salt.
  • Stir in cinnamon and shredded coconut.
  • In separate bowl, mix wet ingredients.
  • Combine wet with dry and stir well.
  • Spread mixture evenly on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, stir halfway.
  • Let cool completely before storing.
  • Store in airtight container for freshness.
