Boil salted water in a pot.
Cook pasta until al dente.
Drain pasta and set aside.
Heat olive oil in skillet.
Add chopped onion and sauté.
Cook until soft and translucent.
Add garlic and chili flakes.
Stir for one minute only.
Add ground turkey to pan.
Break meat using spoon.
Cook until browned completely.
Stir in tomato paste.
Add crushed tomatoes and stock.
Sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add cooked pasta to sauce.
Toss until evenly coated.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese generously.
Garnish with parsley and basil.
Serve hot and fresh.
