Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease baking dish with butter.
Melt butter in a skillet.
Add onion and celery, cook until soft.
Stir in sage, thyme, and rosemary.
Place bread cubes in a large bowl.
Pour cooked mixture over bread cubes.
Add salt, pepper, and parsley.
Pour broth slowly, mix until moistened.
Stir in beaten eggs gently.
Transfer mixture into baking dish.
Cover with foil, bake 30 minutes.
Remove foil, bake another 15 minutes.
Serve hot with turkey or gravy.
