Add steak to marinade.
Let steak marinate 1 hour.
Add shrimp to same marinade.
Let shrimp marinate 20 minutes.
Chop veggies into large chunks.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Thread steak, shrimp, and veggies on skewers.
Brush with oil before grilling.
Grill skewers 3-4 minutes per side.
Use tongs to rotate gently.
Cook until shrimp is pink.
Steak should reach 135°F internal temperature.
Remove and rest for 5 minutes.
