- Coconut milk – 2 cans
- Beef stock – 1 cup
- Brown sugar – 1 tablespoon
- Tamarind paste – 1 tablespoon
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper – ½ teaspoon
- Lime juice – 1 tablespoon
- Toasted coconut flakes – 3 tablespoons
- Fresh cilantro – for garnish
Make the Spice Paste
