Add honey and minced garlic to melted butter.
Stir until mixture turns smooth and aromatic.
Pour honey garlic butter over the carrots.
Toss carrots gently to coat evenly.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the carrots.
Roast for 25–30 minutes until tender and glossy.
Stir halfway through to prevent uneven browning.
Remove from oven and cool slightly.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
