Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh carrots peeled and trimmed
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Arrange peeled carrots evenly on the sheet.
  • Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  • Add honey and minced garlic to melted butter.
  • Stir until mixture turns smooth and aromatic.
  • Pour honey garlic butter over the carrots.
  • Toss carrots gently to coat evenly.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over the carrots.
  • Roast for 25–30 minutes until tender and glossy.
  • Stir halfway through to prevent uneven browning.
  • Remove from oven and cool slightly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
