For Pork Chops:
- 4 pork chops thick ones
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Salt and pepper
For Sauce:
- 1/3 cup honey
- 4 garlic cloves chopped small
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon butter
Heat oven to 400°F.
Dry pork chops with paper towels.
Add salt and pepper to both sides.
Heat oil in large pan.
Cook pork chops 3 minutes each side.
Take pork chops out of pan.
Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, and vinegar.
Add butter to the same pan.
Pour honey mix into pan.
Cook sauce for 2 minutes.
Put pork chops back in pan.
Pour sauce over pork chops.
Put pan in oven for 15 minutes.
Check meat reaches 145°F inside.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
