Boil salted water in a large pot.
Add pasta and cook until al dente.
Drain pasta in a colander.
Rinse lightly with cool water.
Let pasta drain completely.
Place pasta in a large bowl.
Add chopped lobster meat.
Mix in celery and red onion.
Add dill and parsley.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, zest, and olive oil.
Pour dressing over pasta mixture.
Add salt and black pepper.
Toss gently until well coated.
Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
