- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 4 slices bacon
- 4 slices sharp Irish cheddar
- 4 brioche burger buns
- 1 tbsp butter for buns
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato sliced
- 1 small onion caramelized
- Optional: pickles mayo
Mix beef, salt, pepper, Worcestershire in bowl.
Form into 4 equal burger patties.
Heat skillet on medium-high heat.
Cook bacon until crispy, set aside.
Cook patties 3–4 minutes each side.
Add cheddar, cover until cheese melts.
Toast buns with butter until golden.
Spread mustard on bottom bun.
Add lettuce, tomato, burger patty.
Top with bacon, onions, upper bun.
