Ingredients
  

  • 10 hoagie rolls or sub buns
  • 20 slices salami
  • 20 slices pepperoni
  • 20 slices deli ham
  • 10 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce shredded
  • 2 large tomatoes sliced
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup banana peppers
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Line baking sheet with foil.
  • Slice hoagie rolls lengthwise.
  • Lay rolls open on baking sheet.
  • Layer each roll with salami slices.
  • Add pepperoni and ham evenly.
  • Top meats with provolone cheese.
  • Bake sandwiches for 5–7 minutes.
  • Mix mayo, vinegar, oil, and spices.
  • Toss lettuce in the dressing mix.
  • Add lettuce, tomato, and onion.
  • Top with banana peppers as desired.
  • Close rolls gently and press slightly.
  • Slice each sandwich in half.
