- 1 cup grilled chicken or beef chopped
- 2 tbsp Japanese BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 cup mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 green onion sliced (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat wok over medium heat.
Add sesame oil and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
