Ingredients

  • Add Starter Yogurt: Whisk in the plain yogurt with live cultures into the cooled milk to ensure it’s evenly distributed.
  • Incubate: Transfer the mixture to your yogurt maker or any warm place that can maintain a steady temperature. Let the yogurt sit for 8-10 hours or until it reaches your desired consistency.
  • Refrigerate: Once set, refrigerate the yogurt to stop the fermentation process and to thicken further.
