Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken livers cleaned and trimmed
  • 1 large onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Begin by cleaning and trimming the chicken livers. Remove any excess fat or connective tissue and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the finely chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté until they become soft and translucent.
  • Stir in the ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, and ground cinnamon. Cook for an additional minute to release the aromatic flavors.
  • Add the chicken livers to the skillet, ensuring they are in a single layer. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for about 3–4 minutes per side, or until the livers are browned on the outside but still slightly pink on the inside.
