- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Pound the chicken to make it even.
Add salt and pepper to both sides.
Heat oil in a pan.
Cook chicken 3 minutes on each side.
Move chicken to a baking tray.
Spread ranch dressing on each piece.
Mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, and paprika.
Add this mix on top of the chicken.
Bake for 15–18 minutes.
Add provolone on top, bake 3 more minutes.
Sprinkle parsley before serving.
