Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons oolong tea leaves
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup whole milk or any preferred milk alternative
  • 2-3 tablespoons sugar or honey adjust to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil Water: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a tea kettle or pot.
  • Brew Tea: Add 2 tablespoons of oolong tea leaves to the boiling water. Let it steep for 5-7 minutes to extract the full flavor.
  • Strain Tea: Strain the brewed tea into a saucepan, removing the tea leaves.
  • Heat Milk: Add 1 cup of whole milk to the saucepan with the tea. Heat gently over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Sweeten: Add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar or honey to the tea and milk mixture. Stir until fully dissolved.
