Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Trim excess fat from the pork tenderloin.
Mix paprika, thyme, salt, pepper, onion powder, and cayenne.
Rub spice mixture evenly over pork.
Heat olive oil and butter in skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear pork on all sides until golden brown (3–4 minutes per side).
Mix chicken broth, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
Pour mixture over pork in skillet.
Transfer skillet to oven and roast 15–20 minutes.
Use meat thermometer: pork should reach 145°F (63°C).
Remove from oven, cover with foil, and rest 5 minutes.
Slice pork tenderloin and serve with pan sauce.
