  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Trim excess fat from the pork tenderloin.
  • Mix paprika, thyme, salt, pepper, onion powder, and cayenne.
  • Rub spice mixture evenly over pork.
  • Heat olive oil and butter in skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear pork on all sides until golden brown (3–4 minutes per side).
  • Mix chicken broth, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
  • Pour mixture over pork in skillet.
  • Transfer skillet to oven and roast 15–20 minutes.
  • Use meat thermometer: pork should reach 145°F (63°C).
  • Remove from oven, cover with foil, and rest 5 minutes.
  • Slice pork tenderloin and serve with pan sauce.
