  • 6 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch optional, for thickening
  • 2 tbsp water optional, for slurry

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet.
  • Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Sear pork chops until golden brown on both sides.
  • Place pork chops in the crockpot.
  • In a bowl, whisk soup and chicken broth.
  • Add garlic and onion slices. Stir well.
  • Pour mixture over pork chops.
  • Cover with lid and cook on low for 6 hours.
  • Optional: Mix cornstarch and water. Stir into sauce.
  • Let cook for 15 minutes more until sauce thickens.
  • Serve hot with sides.
