  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of ground mustard
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Oven Preparation: Begin by setting your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper, ensuring a swift and easy cleaning process.
  • Prepare the Wings: In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with vegetable oil, salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the Wings: Lay the wings out on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer to ensure they crisp up nicely.
  • Bake: Place the wings in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
  • Make the Sauce: While the wings are baking, combine honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and ground mustard in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the mixture comes to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until thickened.
