Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons ginger freshly grated
  • 1 small red chili deseeded and chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter smooth

Instructions
 

  • Blend the Ingredients: In your blender or food processor, combine the cilantro, garlic, ginger, and red chili. Blend until smooth.
  • Add Wet Ingredients: To the blended mixture, add the lime juice, honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Blend until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Incorporate Peanut Butter: Add the peanut butter to the mixture and blend again until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Simmer: Pour the mixture into a small saucepan and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Cool and Store: Allow the sauce to cool completely before transferring it to an airtight container. The Poyo Poyo Sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
