- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
For Gravy:
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups beef broth
