Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the noodles as directed on the package, cooking them until they are al dente. Once done, drain the noodles and set them aside.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet with olive oil and minced garlic over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine ricotta, Parmesan, eggs, basil, and oregano in a bowl. Stir the ingredients thoroughly to form the cheese mixture.
