Meatballs
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 jalapeño diced
- 12 mozzarella cubes
Coating and Frying
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs whisked
- 1½ cups crushed tortilla chips
- Oil for frying
