Ingredients
  

Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 jalapeño diced
  • 12 mozzarella cubes

Coating and Frying

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs whisked
  • cups crushed tortilla chips
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Mix meats inside bowl.
  • Add seasonings and jalapeño.
  • Shape mix into balls.
  • Place cheese inside center.
  • Roll balls tightly.
  • Coat balls with flour.
  • Dip inside egg mixture.
  • Roll inside tortilla crumbs.
  • Heat hot oil carefully.
  • Fry balls until golden.
